Do not do business with Manuel Jurado. Pick literally any other agent in the area , don’t choose this agent. . They messed up on my auto bill, then I was hit with a $1200 bill for my homeowners policy when I have been paying every month with my mortgage. The bank I closed on my home with sold my loan days after the closing . I spoke with someone from his office about this months ago. I also spoke with Manuel Jurado personally a couple of weeks ago and he did not mention this. When I asked him why this wasn’t brought to my attention when we spoke , and I was hit with a 1200 bill instead, he got defensive and raised his voice a bit . I regret doing business with this agent for so long. Take my advice and go somewhere else!

Terrible office. We moved from Washington state to Chicago and needed an out of state transfer. We called Monday morning first thing at 9am and talked to Laura to do a transfer and add another car to our policy and was told that they would call back in 30 minutes with a quote. We gave them the VIN number, our old agents name and addresses, the whole nine yards and we never heard back from them. Then we called Tuesday morning to see what happened and was told she was the only one working in the office Monday and we couldn’t be helped at the moment because all the agents were helping others and they would give us a call back, never heard from them at all for the rest of the day and never got help or the out of state transfer. So we are now forced to chose another office.
